Personal Attention

You can go to the gym and use random machines or read a book written for everybody, but working with Dana you will get a program designed for you and you alone. It starts with goal-setting, measurements and testing. It incorporates your schedule, your style and your abilities. Whether you’re 16 and want to be a stronger adult or 60 and want to maintain flexibility in your golden years, Dana’s training will get you there.

Privacy & Discretion

Dana knows that getting in shape is sometimes harder mentally than physically. She brings her own equipment and can work with you in your home or at your gym. Your training regimen, your personal information and your achievements are between you and your trainer. Trust, respect and focus are Dana’s priorities.
